SUSTAINABILITY

At IPS Group, sustainability is embedded in how we work.

As an independent supplier of OCTG and energy solutions, we take responsibility for how our business affects the planet : reducing environmental impact, operating ethically, and creating positive change through every partnership.

We began with simple choices – a paper-free office, automated invoicing, mindful purchasing – and turned them into lasting habits. From there, our actions grew: measuring emissions, rethinking logistics, and embedding sustainability into strategy.

Business is inseparable from the planet’s future so we start with ourselves, our suppliers, and our clients, always learning, improving, and adapting.

Our Priorities

Decarbonisation & Environmental Responsibility.

We’re focused on where we can make the greatest difference.
In collaboration with STEPS Sustainability Consultants, we performed an in-depth analysis of our emissions and built a 2025–2035 decarbonisation roadmap aligned with SBTi targets to reduce emissions by 63% by 2035.

Our focus areas:

In 2025, IPS earned an EcoVadis Gold Medal, over 20% improvement over two years, placing us in the top 5% of companies in our sector – a clear signal that we’re on the right path.

Health, Safety and Wellbeing.

We hold ourselves and our partners to the highest HSE standards, ensuring every project, workplace, and shipment meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.

Our approach

Ethical & Social Responsibility

We believe that sustainability begins with people, both within our team and across our network.

Environmental Advocacy

We help our clients reduce their own environmental impact by:
Offering emission estimation tools for our products.
Supporting reuse, refurbishment, and recycling of materials.
Opting eco-friendly packaging and optimised delivery options.
Expanding into renewable and geothermal markets to drive the energy transition.

Responsible Supply Chain & Logistics

By 2030, IPS aims for all suppliers and service providers to meet our CSR standards. We favour suppliers who demostrate the following and comply with our Code of Conduct:
ISO 14001 / 45001 / 50001 environmental and safety management.
Use of recyclable materials, closed-loop systems, and low-emission vehicles.
Adoption of eco-friendly coatings and energy-efficient manufacturing.
Expansion of rail and sea shipping to reduce transport emissions.
Continuous audits and training to maintain the highest sustainability and safety standards.

Continuous Improvement & Future Goals

We continue to monitor, measure, and evolve our performance guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goals most relevant to our sector:

We’re committed to measurable progress – internally, across our supply chain, and through every client partnership.
